CHECK IN: The normal time of arrival at the villa is at 16.00 (4 pm).
CHECK OUT:  we need to ask all our guests to vacate the villa by 10am on the day of your departure.

This is necessary because of the time required to clean the house prior to the arrival of the next guests.  We do try to be flexible with vacating  times so if you have a late flight and there are no other guests arriving that day, it may be possible for you to have a later vacating time, but this has to be  agreed in advance with the owner.

We always try to help our guests, so you can anyway on the day of your  arriving / departure  bring or leave your bags in the villa.
